Are all the items sold on Luxury Pop authentic?
Luxury Pop employs authenticity experts who perform thorough inspection of each and every item, making sure of their authenticity. Learn more about our authenticity guarantee HERE.

Do the items on sale come with an authenticity card or certificates?
Yes, few items come with their original authenticity cards. In additional, we offer our authenticity card for all the products.

Are all the items on Luxury Pop used?
All items on Luxury Pop are pre-owned. They only differ in condition.

What condition are the items sold on Luxury Pop in?
The items are in varying conditions from new to fairly used. The condition of each item is clearly stated in the description section of each item. New:The item is in mint condition, and/or has never been used. Like New:The item has minuscule, and unnoticeable signs of use. Gently Used:The item has noticeable but minor signs of use. Fairly Used:The item has several highly noticeable signs of use.

Can I visit Luxury Pop office and see an item before I purchase it?

Does Luxury Pop purchase my item from me directly?
Luxury Pop uses a consignment method of selling which means that we pay you after the item has sold. Luxury Pop charges commission depending on the selling price of an item. You would be receiving the below percentages: 20% - Rs.0 – Rs.30,000 18% - Rs 30,001 – Rs. 80,000 15% - Rs 80,001 – Rs. 1,50,000 10% - Rs 1,50,001 and above.

Who will decide the selling price of my item?
Luxury Pop team will provide you with a quotation for your item. This quotation is given after researching the estimated retail price of the item, and its resale value. We also consider the condition of the item, and how popular and ‘in style’ the item is. Final price is mutually decided between Luxury Pop and the seller.

How long will it take to sell my item?
The speed at which your item sells depends on its brand, style, condition and price. Some styles are quick to fly off the shelves, while others take a bit more time. To sell your item quickly, choose a lower payout. Otherwise choose a higher payout. We stock the items for three months.

Does Luxury Pop keep my item or do I?
Luxury Pop keeps your item for the purpose of maintaining its condition, promotions and quick delivery. Luxury Pop takes full liability of your product incase of any damage or loss caused by our team during the course of our procedure.

How long will Luxury Pop keep my item?
Luxury Pop will keep your item for a minimum of 90 days. You may choose to end the agreement at any point subject to a 3-day notice period before an item can be returned. However, you will have to pay fine of Rs. 1500/- per item for terminating the contract.

Where will Luxury Pop keep my item?
We keep your item in our studio office in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Does Luxury Pop accept any/all items?
No, Luxury Pop reserves the right to reject items that are inauthentic, or are not in sellable condition. Also, if the item is found inauthentic you are liable to pay a fine of Rs.1500/- (For authentication procedure and shipping cost)

Does Luxury Pop offer pick-up services?
Yes, Luxury Pop offers a free pick up service for all customers within India.

When will I receive payment after my item has sold?
You will be paid in 4-5 business days after your item has sold and we have received full payment for it. For orders paid in installments, you will receive your payout once the buyer has paid the first installment.

How will I be paid after my item has sold?
Luxury Pop pays sellers either through cheque, cash or bank transfer.

How do I sell my item at Luxury Pop?
Selling your item with Luxury Pop is very easy!
1. Register/login
2. Fill in the Item Submission Form (or directly contact 9967815015/mail us to info@theluxurypop.com)
3. You will receive a quotation from the Luxurypop team and approve your final payout
4. Send your items to us (you can also avail our free pick up service)
5. We do the rest (We will authenticate, professionally photograph and upload your item to the site within 10-15 days)
Please Note: In the event that the items(handbags/shoes) are determined to be in a ‘Like New’ or ‘Gently Used’ condition while performing quality check, your item will be submitted to our third party cleaners. The cleaners will be responsible for cleaning it inside out. For this service, we are charging sellers Rs 1000 for small handbag and Rs.1300 for a medium/large handbag. This amount will be deducted if the item doesn’t get sold. If the item is sold, this amount will be borne by Luxury Pop.

How do I send my item to Luxury Pop?
Luxury Pop offers a free pick-up for your items within India via our trusted courier, Aramex. For customers outside India, please securely package your items and send them to our address: T3 THIRD FLOOR PINNACLE BUSINESS PARK MAHAKALI ROAD ANDHERI EAST MUMBAI – 400093 INDIA.

How will I know if you’ve received my items?
The Luxurypop team will send you an e-mail as soon as we receive your item.
